New Live Stones Album On The Way
According to Sound Generator, The Stones will soon be releasing a new album featuring live recordings from a show they did at the Beacon theater in New York during October, 2006.
The show at the Beacon was the one that was filmed by Martin Scorsese and features numerous special guests. You can read some reviews of that show here.
The new album will include 22 tracks from the Beacon show and is scheduled for release in the U.K. on April 11 to coincide with the release of the Scorsese film which is called Shine-A-Light.
There’s no word from Sound Generator on a U.S. release date.
