Most people who know and love rock music KNOW that Rush is one of the great rock groups. If I was a member of Rush I would be glad that I'm not a favorite of Rolling Stone magazine or even the Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame. Both 'institutions' are enamored by political correctness, groups that are more art than music, and pretending that 'pop' music acts are rock acts. I prefer true rock musical talent. And though there are many acts in the Hall of Fame that qualify as true ROCK talent, there are many that were enshrined to allow the institution to pander to political correctness. There are also "popular music" acts AND a, gulp, rap "music" act. Political correctness is the polar opposite of what rock music is about.

I'm ready to start the TRUE Rock Music Hall of Fame...and also, forget RS magazine....they started to embrace the artistic eliteness that you often find in San Francisco politics a decade or so ago. Rock music is from the heart.

I like Rush.

Hey this prompted a question - I know a lot of people don't hold RS Magazine in very high regard, in YOUR opinion, what is the best rock music magazine out there?
