Yet Again: Led Zeppelin Reunion News From The U.K.
— September 2, 2007 1 16OK, get accustomed to these Zeppelin reunions stories because I think they are going to keep coming until they do it or until the rest of the planet is convinced that it is not going to happen.
This latest news is that the legendary super group will reunite for a show at the O2 arena, which, according this this article, is a concert hall inside the former Millennium Dome in England.
The show, as reported, is planned for the end of the year.
This is the show that has been rumored for a while as a tribute show dedicated to Ahmet Ertegun, co-founder of Atlantic Records, who died as a result of an accidental fall at a Rolling Stones show last October.
Interestingly, it is also reported that Cream is also planning a reunion show in honor of Ertegun.
If the comments that are posted in reaction to the above-mentioned article are any indicator, this will be a huge event. Not that any of us would consider that as a real surprise.

I’ve loved Zeppelin for over 25 years but would not want see them live now as I think they would now be a disapointment. Saw JPJ’s play at Bonnaroo with a variety of people and he was great incl. a version of Dazed and Confused which was brilliant. But as for reforming I think they should leave it alone and keep there legend intact.
