Van Halen Ex-Wife Plans Tell All Book

I’m not one to watch Entertainment Tonight, read People magazine or care much for celebrity gossip in general, but if you are a serious Van Halen fan, you may be interested to know that Eddie Van Halen’s ex-wife, Valerie Bertinelli, is working on one of those tell-all autobiographies where she will probably have quite a few things to say about Eddie.

My fondest memories of Valerie Bertinelli were of her when she was on the program One Day At A Time a few decades ago. The show wasn’t all that funny, or all that good in general, but young Valerie was a pleasure to watch on the screen. I confess to having a mild crush on her, along with a few million young guys, I suppose.

She has signed a deal with Simon & Schuster for a book called: Losing It: And Gaining My Life Back One Pound at a Time that is expected to be available next spring.

I suspect it may have Eddie wondering just what she is going to dish out about him and I don’t blame him. As cool as it must be to be a rock star, there are often a lot of not-so-flattering stories that come with the territory. I suppose that’s true for anyone in the public eye.
