U.K. web site Uncut reports that Led Zeppelin has recently been involved in negotiations with the organizers of the Glastonbury Festival regarding the group’s willingness to play at the event next year.

It is reported that the group was asked how much money they would require to accept the gig and negotiations ended when the group came back with an offer that was a bit too steep for the organizers.

The latest rumors surely seem to be tipping towards the likelihood of some kind of tour by the group next year.

As reported earlier, other rumors claimed that Led Zeppelin has already reserved some time at Giants Stadium in New Jersey next June.

There seems to be no end to these touring rumors and perhaps they will be put to rest with some kind of announcement following the O2 show next month.
