Upcoming Van Halen Tour Selling Out Fast
I’m not surprised to hear that the recently-announced Van Halen tour is attracting a lot of attention and a lot of dollars from fans lining up to buy tickets after they went on sale this past weekend.
There have been rumors swirling around for a while about a possible reunion with David Lee Roth and all the speculation has likely turned what would be a big event into a bigger one.
I would not classify myself as a huge VH fan, but I’ve listened to their stuff quite a bit and still do. When I am in one of those rock out moods and want to hear something loud, Van Halen is a pretty regular choice for me.
After all, who has ever made a guitar sound quite the same way Eddie Van Halen does?
Reports are coming in that the VH shows in Charlotte, Detroit (Palace), Toronto, Chicago and Philadelphia are sold out. New shows have now been added on Detroit and Philadelphia. In addition Washington, D.C. has recently been added to the schedule.
It’s looking like a lot of rock fans have been waiting for this thing to finally get going and unless the boys are just too damn old to rock (which I seriously doubt!), I am betting it is going to be one hell of a show.
